World Famous Brand ASSOCIATION (WFBA)

First: World Famous Brand ASSOCIATION is briefed as ¡°WFBA¡± and is registered, archived, notarized and announced establishment in Unites States. WFBA is world class international institution established on September 27, 2006 in Delaware State of USA as Hague Convention (Oct. 5, 1961). It is required to be recognized by contracting states, governments, associations, corporations and the citizens of the contracting states. Second: World Famous Brand ASSOCIATION (WFBA) and its journal WORLD FAMOUS BRAND have already registered. (Registration number: 4226072) international copyright (ISSN: 1995-0292).

Third: World Famous Brand (WFB) is a systematic concept, and the joint designation of World Famous Registered Brands and World Famous Unregistered Brands, Enterprise Brands. WFBA is an international institution duly organized by enterprises of world famous brands. WFBA is the only competent and legal organization of world famous brands institution.

Fourth: Organizations of WFBA:

WFBA establishes and maintains committees, organizations, representative offices and a Fund, cooperative organization all over the world.

The Institution allows the departments to as per historical period and final positions as well as HR capital, intelligence capital and supports received set up the following intuitions, to cooperate, trust, revoke or re-establish. 

A.      WFBA maintains 5 committees: (1) WORLD FAMOUS BRAND AUTHENTICATION COMMITTEE; (2) WORLD FAMOUS UNREGISTERED BRAND, FIRM AUTHENTICATION COMMITTEE; (3) WFBA PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE (responsible for issues relating to annual meeting of world famous brands and award meeting and other public relations); (4) WORLD FAMOUS BRAND ARRANGE COMMITTEE (responsible for application for world famous brands and ranking as well as proclamation); and (5) Intangible Assets Evaluation Committee (responsible for evaluation of intangible assets of world famous brands). Except the Public Relations Committee, each of them consists of 10 professional Doctors. Public Relations Committee consists of world famous movie stars, important politicians of various countries, top bankers, business top leaders, and scientist of certain fields.

WFBA establishes and maintains 9 departments: (1) SERVICE CENTER OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS INVESTMENT & TRADE; (2) ¡°WORLD FAMOUS BRAND¡± and ANNALS OF WORLD FAMOUS BRAND magazines, WORLD FAMOUS BRAND ASSOCIATION WEBSITE; (3) WFBA SECRETARIAT DEPARTMENT; (4) INTELLEGENCE CAPITAL & HR CAPITAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT; (5) LAW SERVICE CENTRAL OF WFBA; (6) CONSULTANT SERVICE CENTER OF WFBA; (7) ADVERTISEMENT & MEDIA SERVICE CENTER; (8) WFBA FUND; and (9) WFBA ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT.

There are in all 14 departments and organizations.

B. WFBA maintains representative offices in various countries and regions.

C. World Famous Brand Fund is for economic development of countries, regions and world famous brand enterprises around the world as well as international public welfare establishments.

D. WFBA cooperative organization all over the world.

Fifth: WFBA is the sole legally certified international institution of world famous brand institution and has registered its name as ¡°WORLD FAMOUS BRAND ASSOCIATION¡± widely recognized by various governments around the world.

It is illegal for any other institution to use any name similar to it in style or in meaning, in English or in any other language.

Sixth: Authority of its journal WORLD FAMOUS BRAND derives from the unicity of its international copyright as well as laws on intellectual property right as established by governments around the world.

WFBA discloses its any and all contents via WORLD FAMOUS BRAND and any other body or media intends to reprint any content from it shall obtain prior consent from WFBA.

Seventh: The Institution itself and its activities, publications, network, media, members, existing and propagation belong solely to the Institution¡¯s economic benefits, researching achievements and cultural outcomes. They themselves, including any extension, history and literature shall not be infringed.

Eighth: WFBA aims to promote activities relating to world famous brands. It engages in organizations of WFBA members, WFBA activities, researching works, certificate of world famous brands, certificate of national famous brands, certificate issuance, evaluation of intangible assets, including entrustment, consultation, assistance, training and qualification of employees, publication of journal WORLD FAMOUS BRA, ranking of world famous brands together with annual meeting of world famous brands, Annals of World Famous Brands info communication, correspondences, conferences, as well as notification of any change relating to world famous brands.

Ninth: Any country and region may have a subsidiary of WFBA, subjecting to approval of WFBA and accepting supervising of WFBA.

Tenth: Certificate of a world famous brand shall at least conform to one of the following conditions:

1,Occupying more than 1% of world market share;

2,Annual revenues relating to brands reach USD 1 billion;

3, Values of assets with regard to brands exceed USD 1 billion;

4,Being a famous brand of the country or of a region;

5,With regard to a listed company and having at least 10-year history;

6,With regard to a company and having at least 100-year history or belong personally over 100 years;

7, As a brand established or maintained by any world famous celebrity or history famous person;

8, The brand regarding to any issue of world class;

9,Any brand recommended by a country or the President of a country.

10, Specially approved brand by Standing Committee of WFBA.

Eleventh: As per the prescribed, any and all WFBA members are classified into world famous brands and national famous brands and receive certificates of the two types. National famous brands refer to those are close to the abovementioned 10 conditions. The recognition of a national famous brand shall not affect the certification of world famous brand. Any enterprise as a national famous brand may apply for world famous brand.

Twelfth: All WFBA members shall be authorized to use items ¡°World Famous Brand¡± and ¡°National Famous Brand¡±, logo of WFBA and to receive relevant certificates. The expression ¡°WORLD FAMOUS BRAND¡± shall not be infringed by any language version with the same meaning, directly or indirectly. In case of any unauthorized use, WFBA and all its members shall safeguard their legal rights and interests.

Thirteenth: A member of WFBA is a permanent member unless he violates provisions of this Articles of Association or infringes rights and interests of the Institution or any other member of the Institution.

Fourteenth: All members shall undertake to safeguard honor, property, and intangible property of WFBA and other world famous brands.

Fifteenth: All certified documents and approval documents relating to world famous brands shall be approved by the Chairman of WFBA and be sealed with the chop of WFBA and signature of the Chairman. Otherwise, it is invalid.

Sixteenth: All members of WFBA, state representative office, cooperation institution, etc. shall observe administrative regulations, meeting resolutions and updated determinations issued by WFBA, Standing Committee of WFBA, and Chairman of WFBA.

Seventeenth: Any member who lost its original legal position or separated in the main corporate body shall no longer be regarded as a world famous brand and shall lose its qualification being a national famous band or world famous brand.

Eighteenth: The acceptance of any and all members shall as per the prescribed formalities and they shall recognize the Articles of Association.

Nineteenth: Any and all application for, evaluation procedures, meeting and decision of, documents made with regard to WFBA member, whether the activity or the conclusion, in the whole or in the part shall be recognized to be carried out in the USA by its consigner even if they are actually carried out in any country or region.

Twentieth: The establishment of a subsidiary or any cooperation organization, or signing in the Articles of Association shall be deemed as application to the headquarters of WFBA in the USA and as recognition of formation and implementation place in the USA. 

Twenty-one: The signatory hereby accepts that any and all documents, signatures and attachments to WFBA are true and accurate. In case of any false document, the case shall be deemed to an offence and shall be invalid and be handled by any competent jurisdiction authority.

Twenty-Two: The Articles of Association is concluded in English which shall be the legal language. Nonetheless, it can have other language versions.
